About HTM Niseko

HTM started operations in Niseko back in 2001. It was founded from a place of love and fascination with what Hokkaido, Niseko, and the whole of Japan has to offer to the tourism space. As of this date, HTM is a fully licensed Travel Agency, Condominium Manager, and Hotel Operator, all rolled into one.

HTM is well-known for being Niseko’s most prominent asset manager, with over 750 bedrooms, 1500 pillows, and 350 units, all nestled in over 40 buildings under its portfolio. It also runs SkyExpress, GoSnow ski school, and Sprint Taxi transport services, as well as Experience Niseko magazine, the most trusted local news source.

1. Ki Niseko

Ki Niseko is a 96-room condo hotel that was opened in 2014. Designed to cater to both domestic and international visitors, Ki Niseko includes a restaurant and onsen. HTM was the project consultant and the current operator of Ki Niseko.

2. Skye Niseko

Skye Niseko is the latest addition to HTM’s brand portfolio. Scheduled to open for visitors in the winter of 2018, Skye is a full-service, ski-in-ski-out condo hotel in Niseko. It consists of 105 condos and penthouses with breathtaking mountain views.

3. Niseko Central

Niseko Central is the largest portfolio of resort homes and hotel condos in Niseko. It caters to over 70,000 snow guests every year.

4. GoSnow

GoSnow is an international ski school operated by HTM on behalf of Toyu Resorts Services

5. SkyExpress

Niseko’s leading transfer company was purchased by HTM in 2017. It has hubs in both New Chitose Airport and Sapporo Station.

6. Sprint Taxi

Sprint Taxi is Niseko’s premier transport service, offering convenient d2d transfers in the local Hirafu and Kutchan areas.
